| 摘 要： | 目的:对翘嘴红鲌养殖种群遗传多样性进行分析,以科学地评价它们的种群遗传结构。方法:采用RAPD技术,对翘嘴红鲌苏州和宜兴养殖种群的遗传多样性进行分析。结果:苏州养殖种群的多态位点比例为25%,种群平均杂合度为0.1654,Shannon多样性指数为0.671;宜兴群体的多态位点比例为22.4%,群体平均杂合度为0.1446,Shannon多样性指数为0.0594。苏州群体内各个体之间的遗传相似度度为0.9378,遗传距离为0.0622;宜兴群体内各个体之间的遗传相似度度为0.9444,遗传距离为0.0556;两群体之间的遗传距离为0.0146。结论:两种群具有较低的遗传多样性。

| Abstract: | Objectives: Analysis the genetic diversity of the cultivated Topmouth Culter(Erythroculter ilishaeformis) for scientific evaluate their genetic sitructure.Methods:RAPD method is explored to analysis the genetic diversity in Suzhou and Yixing cultivated population of Topmouth Culter.Results:The proportion of polymorphic loci,mean expected hetrozygosities and Shannon's index of the suzhou population were 25%,0.1654 and 0.671 respectively,and those of the yixing population were 22.4%,0.1446 and 0.0594.The genetic similarities of the suzhou and the yixing populations were 0.9378 and 0.9444,and their genetic distances were 0.0622 and 0.0556.The genetic distance between the two populations was 0.0146.Conclusion: The genetic diversity of the two populations was low. |
