高原鼠兔松果体超微结构的研究

摘    要:本文采用光镜和透射电镜对高原鼠兔松果体的形态结构进行了观察,并对其结构与功能的关系怍了初步探讨:1. 高原鼠兔的松果体与其他哺乳动物的基本相似, 包括深、浅两部分, 两部分的细胞构筑及其形态基本一致,主要由松果体细胞、胶质细胞、神经细胞、微细血管和神经纤维组成。松果体细胞有明、暗两种,两种细胞胞质内均有丰富的线粒体、高尔基复合体、粗面和滑面内质网,以及游离核糖体,还可见极少数微管和脂滴等。2. 松果体细胞内囊泡、微管和突触带的数量与细胞的分泌功能密切相关。3. 松果体分泌物主要通过二种方式释放:(1)通过扩散和胞吐作用,将分泌物释放到细胞外或血管周隙;(2)分泌物直接进入第三脑室。

Abstract:This paper describes the morphology and fine structure of the pineal body of plateau pika (Ochotona curzoniae) and discuss the correlation between the structure and function of pineal cells.The results are as follows: 1. The pineal complex that is composed of the superficial and the deep of pineal in plateau pika is similar to that of mammalian. The morphological structure of supe-rcficial and deep of pineal body is similar.The pineal body of plateau pika is essenti- ally composed of pinealocytes, glialcells, neurons, blood Canals and neural fibers.The pin-ealocyte is composed of two kinds of celltypes,a "bright"and a"dark" cell.The abundant mitochondria, predominant Golgi apparatus, rough and smooth of endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome occasional microtubules and lipid droplets are seen in both cell types. 2. The numbers of vesicles, microtubules and synaptic ribbon in the pinealocytes are related to secreting effects of pinealocytes. 3. The secretory substances of the pinealocytes are let out to the perivascular and intercellular spaces by means of exocytosis and diffusion and may directly enter the third ventricle.
