| 摘 要： | ＴＴ病毒（ＴＴＶ）为一种新鉴定的输血后肝炎相关的病毒。用聚合酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）扩增ＴＴＶ ＤＮＡ序列核苷酸１９１５到２１８５之间的片段，并将该片段克隆入ｐＧＥＭ－Ｔ Ｅａｓｙ载体。重组克隆经酶切鉴定后，用全自动测序仪测序，发现本组病例中１５侏ＴＴＶ毒株间的同源性在６６．８％到９９．３％之间，与ＴＴＶ日本株比较同源性在６６．１％到９７．４％之间，分析结果显示在我国不仅有国外已报告的不同基因亚型毒株

| Abstract: | Recently, a novel virus named TT Virus has been identified in serum from patients with elevated ALT levels and others. TTV was detected by PCR using a set of primers from conserved region in the TTV genome. cloning and sequencing of the amplifications in 15 cases of Chinese blood donors and dialysis patients were carrited out. Sequence comparison within 271 base pairs in the region between positions 1915 and 2185 showed homology rates varying from 66.8% to 99.3% among 15 Chinese isolates, and from 66.1% to 97.4% between Chinese strains and TTV isolates from Japanese isolates sequenced. This result suggests that a new sub genotype existes in Chinese TTV isolates. |
