转RGSV—SP基因水稻植株的再生

摘    要:通过农杆菌介导将水稻草矮病毒(Rice grassy stunt virus,RGSV)编码病害特异蛋白基因sp导入台农67及中花6号品种。经过筛选,再生,获得转化植株。PCR及Southern点杂交分析结果初步表明目的基因片段整合到水稻基因组中。RT—PCR Southern点杂交结果表明目的片段已在植株体内进行了转录。

Abstract:Rice grassy stunt virus sp gene was transformed into rice by Agrobacterium mediated transformation. PCR analysis and Southern blot hybridization by using the genomic DNA of regenerated plants showed that the sp gene was transformed into rice. By using RT-PCR Southern blot hybridization, it was confirmed that the sp gene had been transtripted into mRNA.
