切花月季花枝生长规律及GA3及其生长的影响

摘    要:用Logistic方程y=K/(1 e^A Bt)]来表示切花枝生长量与生长时间的关系,并得出花枝生长最快的时期是现蕾期,以100mg/L GA3溶液喷施生长期花枝,可改变其原有生长规律,快速生长期延长,生长速度明显加,从而使其长度比对照增加22.5%-63.1%,其中以现蕾时处理效果最优。

Abstract:The stem growth of cut_flower rose ( Rosa hybrida ) was observed on 3 cultivars in different seasons, and the effect of GA 3 on stem(flower branch) elongation was studied. The results showed:(1) The relations between growth time and the length of the stem could be expressed by Logistic equation y=K/(1 e A Bt )], and correlation index (R 2) was more than 0.978. (2)The peak time in the growth speed of flower branch was when the alabastrum appeared.(3)The growth regularity of stem was changed by GA 3 treatement, and the stem elongation was promoted and the length increased by 22.5%-63.1% with 100 mg/L GA 3. Moreover,it was on the period of alabastrum appearance that the GA 3 effect was best.
