| Abstract: | The roles of salicylic acid in inducing plants resistance to abiotic stress such as heavy metals, ozone, ultraviolet radiation, chilling, heat shock, water deficit and salt stress are reviewed and the possible physiological and molecular action mechanisms of salicylic acid are discussed. |
