摘    要:一氧化氮(NO)是一种易扩散的生物活性分子,是生物体内重要的信号分子.植物细胞通过NO合酶、硝酸还原酶、或非生化反应途径产生NO.NO参与植物生长发育调控和对生物与非生物环境胁迫的应答反应,大量证据表明NO是植物防御反应中的关键信使,其信号转导机制也受到越来越多的关注.本文主要通过讨论NO的产生、对植物生长周期的影响、在植物代谢中的信号调节以及参与细胞凋亡来阐述NO在植物中的作用.

The Regulation of Nitric Oxide in Plant
Abstract:Nitric oxide (NO) is a freely diffusible, gaseous compound and an important signal moleculein living organisms. It has been widely agreed that NO is endogenously produced in plant cells,possibly via NO synthase, nitrate reducatases, and/or through nonenzymatic reactions. In plants, NOinfluences aspects of growth and development, and can affect plant responses to stress. Increasingevidences indicated that NO is a key signal messenger in disease resistance in plants. More and moreattentions have been drawn to its mechenism of signal transduction. This review discusses the func-tions of NO in plants via its generation , its influence on life cycle of plant, the regulation of signal inplant metabolism and participation in programmed cell death .
