非病毒基因治疗的研究进展

非病毒基因治疗是相对于病毒性基因治疗而言，指采用非病毒的载体进行的基因治疗。非病毒的基因载体比病毒性基因载体具有高安全性、低免疫原性及易于生产的特点。本文就非病毒基因治疗所采用的主要方法、面蜂的主要问题及发展方向作一概括的介绍。随着人类对疾病发病分子机制的深入研究及人类基因组计划的实施，非病毒基因治疗将在人类疾病的治疗中发挥重要作用。

The current situation of nonviral gene therapy

Nonviral gene therapy is gene therapy with nonviral gene vectors in comparison with viral gene therapy.Nonviral gene vectors have many inherent advantages over viral vectors in terms of safety ,immunogenicity and ease of manufacture.This review highlights the main methods,the problems and the research directions about nonviral gene therapy.With the advanced research about the molecular mechanism of human diseases and the application of Human Genome Project(HGP),the nonviral gene therapy will play an important role in human disease treatment.
