摘    要:通过传统的双重染色法用短花针茅(Stipa Breviflora)叶片制作石蜡切片,采用地理信息系统GIS技术中的ArcGIS图像处理软件对切片进行矢量化,并对切片结构数据进行统计。此方法操作灵活,测量精确,有效的解决了不规则面积测量和计算的问题,减少了人为误差,可单独保存和再次读取,因此在显微测量中提供了新的技术。

Abstract:Previous research has shown subjective judgment is inevitable and inaccuracies can often be high when irregularly shaped structures are measured.A simple method of ArcGIS software,by ESRI was used to vectorize and measure micro-objects in paraffin-embedded tissues of Stipa Breviflora grass material.This method is quick and accurate compared with existed ones.Moreover,it helps to resolve the aforementioned problems significantly.Results can be easily saved in a highly compatible format such as shape-files for more times.It is suggested to be used in microscopic structural measurements in biology.
