| 摘 要： | 本文对诱导起始到胚分化整个过程中的愈伤组织的代谢物质进行生理生化分析，得到如下结果：１、可溶性糖和淀粉含量随着培养天数增加逐渐下降，下降趋势分别符合方程ｙ＝１．０５７２－０．００５９ｘ，ｙ＝２．３４２－０．０１１４ｘ；２、蛋白质和核酸含量随着培养天数增加逐渐上升，上升趋势分别符合方程：ｙ＝０．２６１＋０．００５４ｘ，ｙ＝０．３２９＋０．００２３ｘ。

| Abstract: | The paper checked metabolite variation of somatic cell from inducing call to embryo calli the results are that:1.Content of dissolvable sugar and surch makes a slow descent when it is long to culture somatic cell,That agrees with the equation:y=1.0527-0.0059x,y=2.342-0.0114x.respectively.2.Content of dissolvable protein and nuchear acid is gradually ascend with days increasing,that accords with the equation:y=0.261 0.0054x,y=0.329 0.0023x.. |
