Bt转基因抗虫植物研究进展

目前Bt成为世界上植物抗虫基因工程中研究和应用最多的基因。已经有多种转单一Bt和复合Bt的转基因玉米、棉花、马铃薯等作物得到大面积种植。还有许多新的具有良好抗虫性的Bt转基因植物,如水稻、大豆、油菜、苜蓿、花椰菜、蓖麻等已经试验成功,并逐渐推广种植。Bt转基因抗虫植物的培育为提高产量,减少杀虫剂的使用和保护环境做出了举足轻重的贡献。就Bt的分类、杀虫机理、Bt转基因抗虫植物的发展状况以及种植Bt抗虫植物对环境的影响进行了概述。

Research advances in Bt transgenic anti.insect plants

At present,Bt genes have been widely studied and applied in the genetic engineering of insect-resistant plant in the world.There are many Bt transgenic plants which have one or two Bt genes,such as maize,cotton and potato have been cultivated in a largescale.Moreover,a lot of new Bt transgenic plants such as rice,bean,rape,alfalfa,cauliflower and castor have been developed successfully and spread gradually.The development of Bt transgenic insect-resistant plants has contributed to improve yields,reduce pesticide usage,and protecte to environments.The classification of Bt genes,the mechanism of action,the development of Bt transgenic anti-insect plants,as well as the effect of Bt plants on environment were introduced in present review.
