| 摘 要： | 以枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)TA208为供试菌株，运用单因素实验方法进行了摇瓶条件下发酵培养基以及发酵条件的优化研究，在最优发酵条件下鸟苷产量达到19．79g／L，比基本培养条件提高32．37％。

| Abstract: | Bacillus subtilis TA208was selected as the test strain to study the optimization of fermentation medium and conditions by single factor method in shaking flasks.On the optimal fermentation the guanosine production was19.79g/L,which increased32.37%more than that in the basic culture condition. |
