| 摘 要： | 采用PCR标记法和随机引物标记法对小白鼠、欧洲田鼠(M icrotus arvalis和Pitymys duodecim costatus)的Sry基因保守区进行地高辛标记,结果显示PCR标记的探针灵敏度要高于随机引物法,同时对两种标记方法进行了比较,为进一步进行Southern杂交研究打下了基础。

| Abstract: | The conservative sequence of Sry gene of mouse,Microtus(Microtus arvalis and Pitymys duodecimcostatus) was labeled on DIG by PCR method and random primer labeling.The result showed that the efficiency of probe labeled with the method of PCR was higher than that of probe labeled with random primer.This experiment provided the foundation for the following southern blotting. |
