大学生生物实验技能竞赛结果透视实验教学现状

摘    要:为加强大学生物学实验教学,了解湖北省大学生物学实验教学状况,湖北省自2010年始每两年举行一次生物实验技能竞赛.根据第二届湖北省大学生生物实验技能竞赛结果,总结分析了竞赛成绩的整体状况和从中透视出的实验教学现状.竞赛结果显示,一些近年来发展较前沿的技术如生物化学和分子生物学等整体成绩较高,而一些生物学基础技术如动物、植物、微生物学等成绩平均偏低,竞赛失分点分析显示,主要失分集中在实验操作的规范性和实验结果的统计分析等方面.竞赛结果整体反应出,生物学前沿技术在高校实验教学中得到充分重视,而生物学基础技能教学有所削弱.因此,今后的高校生物学实验教学应努力将基础性实验与综合性实验相结合,经典性实验与前沿性实验相互交融,理论知识与实验技能融会贯通.

Abstract:In order to strengthen biological experiment teaching for undergTaduate students and know the status of biological experiment teaching, the biological experiment skills competition was held every two years since 2010 in Hubei Province. Following summary and analysis of the results were made based on the second Hubei college biological experiment skills competition. Scores of some ,idvanced technologies such as biochemical techniques and molecular biology techniques as so on were higher, while the scores of some basic ex- periment such as botany, zoology and microbiology skills as so on were lower. Most students make mistakes in standardization operation and statistical analysis of experiment results. The competition results indicated that the advanced biological techniques teaching has got adequately development and enhancement, while the basic biological skills teaching have been weakened. Therefore, during experiment teaching, teacher should combine the basic experiment and comprehensive experiments, fuse classical experiment and advanced experi- ment, and transfer the theoretical knowledge to experiment skills.
