| 摘 要： | 苯甲酸钠是常用的食品防腐剂，对酵母菌和细菌的繁殖有较强的抑制作用。本文报告苯甲酸钠对大蒜和豌豆这两种植物萌发影响的初步试验，表明一定浓度的苯甲酸钠对植物的萌发有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Sodium benzoate is preserving agent of food.It has powerful inhibitory action for reproduction of saccharomycete and bacterium.The article reported the primary study on the influence for garlic and pea germinating of sodium benzoate,and indicated that specific consistency sodium benzoate has very odvious inhibitory action for germination of plants. |
