天台山七子花群落下土壤微生物生物量的季节动态

摘    要:研究天台山七子花群落下土壤微生物生物量的季节变化规律及生态特性。根据实测数据分别对根际、根围微生物生物量碳、氮与土壤环境因子之间进行相关性分析,并建立了土壤微生物指标与环境因素之间的回归方程,以此为基础对天台山七子花群落下土壤微生物生物量的季节变化进行预测。回归分析表明:土壤温度、水分对微生物生物量的影响大于土壤pH值对微生物生物量的影响,而且土壤温度、水分对微生物生物量氮的影响大于对微生物生物量碳的影响。土壤温度对微生物生物量碳、氮的影响最大。

Abstract:The seasonal dynamics of soil microbial biomass and the ecological properties in the soil of Heptacondium miconioides community on Tian-Tai mountain were studied.The relationship between rhizosphere biomass-C or biomass-N and soil environmental factors were analysed,so did that between biomass-C or biomass-N of root-range and soil factors.The regression equation among the microbial index and environmental factors were set up,which we could predict the seasonal dynamics of soil microbial biomass.The regression analyses indicated that the soil temperature and water content had more effects on biomass than on pH value.Meanwhile,the soil temperature and water content had more effects on biomass-C than on biomass-N.The temperature had strong effects on both biomass-C and biomass-N.
