| Abstract: | Lovastatin producing strain obtained by rediation inducing were reported for the first time.M ruber cell strain was induced by nitrogen ion(N~+ ,20w,4min).And a high_yielding lovastatin producing mutagenic strain was obtaind which could increase the Lovastatin potency at 21.8%more than that of control by improving fermentation technology. |
