雷公藤多甙对小鼠卵母细胞成熟和体外受精的影响

摘    要:采用超排卵技术研究雷公藤多甙(GTW)对小鼠卵母细胞的成熟和体外受精以及脏器等的影响,GTW对小鼠卵母细胞生发泡破裂没有影响,但可以抑制卵母细胞第一极体的释放,影响卵母细胞的存活率并可降低体外受精率和超排卵的卵母细胞数量。GTW可以破坏卵母细胞成熟,降低卵母细胞的体外受精能力,影响小鼠的正常生殖功能。

Abstract:To evaluate the effect of GTW on the female mice fertility, the effects of GTW on the coefficient of visceral organ of mouse and the meiotic maturation and the fertilization ability of mouse oocytes were studied by in vitro culture and in vitro fertilization (IVF) of mouse oocytes. GTW can influence the number of superovulated oocytes of mice. The results showed that GTW could inhibit the extruding of the first polar body, interfere with the quality and the viability of mouse oocyte, and reduce the rate of IVF, but little impact on germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD) of mouse oocyte in vivo. The results indicated that GTW could disrupt the meiotic maturation of mouse oocyte, decrease the capacity of IVF and injury or make a reduction of reproductive function of mouse.
