鸟类核型研究Ⅶ.雉科10种鸟类

本文报道了雉科10种鸟的核型,并依据核型的DNA比较数据提出了对雉科中亚科分类的新观点。

STUDIES ON THE KARYOTYPES OF BIRDS VII.10 SPECIES OF PHEASANTS

The karyotypes of 10 species in Phasianidae were studied with colchicine hypotonic-air drying technique from bone marrow cells. The results were givan as follows: Alectoris graeca, 2n = 78, Soma Gal/us domesticus , 2n = 78, Soma Bambusicola fytchii , 2n = 78, Soma Bambusicola thoraeica , 2n=78, Soma Francolinus pintadeanus , 2n = 78, Soma Arborophila javanica , 2n = 78, Soma Coturnix coturnix , 2n = 78, Soma Perdix daurica , Phasianus colchicus, 2n = 82, Slta (2f) Tragopan temminckii,2n = 82,Slta Based on the comparative study of karyotypes, the 35 genera of Phasianinae would be divided into two tribes: Quails and Partridges except Perdix, Tetroo gallus, Tetraophasix and Tragopan etc., would be placed in Gallinini; Pheasants except Callus would be placed in Phasianini. The karyotype data seem supporting the previous studies of comparing DNA's ( Helm-Bychowski el al, 1986; Sibtey, et al, 1988) .
