摘    要:本文报道了非雀形目鸟类10科15种的核型,并对鸟类中某些核型分类与传统形态学分类不一致之处作了初步的分析。

Abstract:The karyotypes of 15 species of birds belonging to 10 nonpasserine families were studied from bone marrow cells with colchicine-hypotonic air drying technique. The results were given as follows: Anatidae: Anas querquedula, 2n=80, Soma. Ardeidae: Ardeola bacchus, 2n = 68, Sltc(2f); Egretta intermedia, 2n = 66, Some. Tetraonidae: Tetrastcs bonasia, 2n = 78, Sltb (2f). Trogonidae: Harpactes erythroce phalus, 2n = 76, Sltb (20 ? Scolopacidae: Numenius arquata, 2n = 78, Slmb. Cuculidac: Cucnlus mernlinus, 2n=78, Somb; Phaenicophaeus tristis, 2n = 78, Slmb. Laridae: Larus schistisagus, 2n = 68, Some; L. crassirostris, 2n=68, Some; L. ridibundus, 2n = 66, Some. Alcidac: Synthliboramphus antiquus, 2n = 68, Some. Columbidae: Columba livia, 2n = 76, Somb; Streptopelia orientalis, 2n = 80, Somb. Tytonidae: Tyto capensis, 2n = 50, S2mc. The superficial karyotypic resemblances between phylogcnctically remote species were found to be caused by different karyotypic evolutionary patterns: some of them proceeds parallel to their phylogenetic relations; others did not proceed parallel to their phylogenetic relations. The orthoselections of birds karyotypic rearrangements may have caused the resemblances of karyotypes between unrelated species.
