蓖麻蚕不同组织脂酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:本工作为蚕类同工酶研究中的一部分,研究了蓖麻蚕五龄幼虫不同组织器官酯酶的分布情况,试图逐渐建立酶谱化。目的在于利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,检验家蚕的DNA对蓖麻蚕的诱变作用(陈元霖等,1981),以期供体、受体与转化体之间几种酶谱的异同,从分子生物学的角度对蚕类DNA诱导遗传性变异加以阐述。

Abstract:Esterase isozyme comparison of different organs (the gut, integument fat body silk gland, hemolymph)of Attacus cynthia ricini were undertaken using the techniques of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The larvae (the 5th day of the 5th instar) of Attacus cynthia ricini and black Bombyx mori (donor) and pure white Attacus cynthia ricini (recipient) and "Spotted worm" and "Spotted white worm" of Attacus cynthia ricini (transfer) were analyzed for Esterase isozyme. Our results indicated that zymogram for Esterase isozyme activity of different organs in all subspecies Attacus cynthia ricini showed clear differences in band number, their intensities and relative mobolities. The main esterase isozymic patterns of the same organ of Attacus cynthia ricini were consistent, but the zymograms for Esterase isozyme activityshowed different intensities, Their fine esterase isozymic band numbers differ slightly. The esterase isozymic patterns of the silk gland were indentical. Among the donor and recipient and trasfer the esterase isozymic patterns of different organ did not show the characteristic isozymic band Attacus cynthia ricini induced by Bombox mori DNA.
