摘    要:本文报道了(行鸟)形目14种鸟的核型,并发现该目种类间染色体数目变异很大,由石(行鸟)的2n=40至沙锥的2n=98不等。这种变异是由原始的2n=80核型通过两种方式形成的:在(行鸟)小目中,小染色体相互融合而造成染色体数目的减少;在鹬小目中,大染色体的着丝点分离而造成染色体数目的增加。

Abstract:cells with colchicme-hypotonic air drying technique. The results were given as follows: Charadriidae: Vanellus cinereus, 2n = 78, S0mb; Scolopacidae: Calidris acuminatus, 2n = 84, S1mb; C. ruf icollis, In = 86, Slmb; C. tenuirostris, 2n = 88, Slmb; C. canutus, 2n = 90, S2tb; C. temminckii, 2n = 90, S2tb; Tringa slaqnatilis; 2n = 88, S2tb; T. erythropus, 2n = 88, S2tb; T. ochropus, 2n = 88, S2tb; T. guttifer, 2n = 88, S2tb; T. totamis, 2n = 88, S2mb; T. glareola, 2n = 88, S2mb; T. hypoleucos, 2n = 88, S2mb; Limosa lapponica, 2n = 94, S3tb. The variation of diploid numbers of Charadriiform birds were in a large range: from B. oedicnemus, 2n = 40 to G. gallinage, 2n = 98. The differentiation would be caused by two chromosome rearrangements: in Charadriidae a series centric fusions of microchromosomes caused decreasing of dipolid numbers, and in Scolopacidae a series centric fissions of macrochromosomes caused increasing of diploid numbers.
