摘    要:从厦门武夷山自然保护区土壤样品中分离得到一株可产生蛇孢假单壳素(Ophiobolins)的丝状真菌,编号为F02Z2172。通过对其宏观特征、显微特征进行观察并对其ITS、Calmodulin和β-tubulin序列进行分子系统学分析,鉴定为伪弯头曲霉,并对伪弯头曲霉与焦色组内其他菌种的关系进行了讨论。由伪弯头曲霉产生蛇孢假单壳素还是首次报道。
