谷氨酸发酵废液培育高锌酵母

摘    要:利用生产味精的废液、糖蜜、适量营养盐,以啤酒酵母2016为菌种,经摇瓶、2.6升、30升发酵罐试验,干酵母产率达14克/升,平均含锌量4500ppm。产品的蛋白质、灰分、水分符合规定指标,产品安全无毒。发酵后废液中COD降低60%。

Abstract:Using waste liquor of producing monosodium glutamate, molasses and proper nutrient as medium, Saccharomyces cerevisiae 2016 was separately cultured in flask, 2.6 liter and 30 liter fermenters. Average yield of dry biomass and Zinc content of the yeast cells were about 14g/L and 4500 ppm respectively. The Contents of protein, ash and water of the product were in accordance with the official regulations. COD was decreased the number to 63%.
