摘 要: | 草丁膦 (商品名有Liberty、Basta等 )是一种高效低毒的广谱除草剂。它的有效成分为膦丝菌素(phosphinothricin ,PPT) ,是谷氨酰氨合成酶的一种强力抑制剂1] ,谷氨酰氨合成酶是唯一能降解氨毒的酶 ,它能除去硝酸盐还原、氨基酸降解和光呼吸释放的氨。抑制谷氨酰氨合成酶活动会导致氨积累 ,引起植物中毒死亡2 ] ,所以PPT是一种植物生长强效抑制剂。已从土壤吸水链霉菌 (Streptomyceshygroscopicus)分离出bar基因 ,它具PPT乙酰转移酶编码3] ,使PPT的自由氨基 (NH2 )…

Abstract: | Threerestoringlines (Minghui 6 3,Ce 6 4andTeqing)asfemaleparentswerecrossedwithherbi cide_resistanttransgeniccultivars (Bengal_Hu10andGulfmont)asmaleparents .Geneticanalysisongenera tionsofF1,F2 andBC1indicatedthattheresistancetotheherbicide (Liberty)wascontrolledbyasingledomi nantnucleargene .Theresistancetotheherbicidewillworkasamarkerforthetruehybridfromcrossingwith themaleparent ,butnotforallotherplantsfromeitherselfing ,orintracrossinginfemaleparentpopulation . Aftertheapplicationoftheherbicide ,allplantsexceptthetruehybridwereeliminated .Withtheaidofthis technology ,thestrictrequirementofcompletesterilityformalesterilelineincropscanbereduced .Itwillbe beneficialnotonlyforbreedingnewexcellentmalesterilelines ,butalsoforcommercializingchemicallyin ducedmalesterilesystemincrops . |
