摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(flame atomic absorption spectrometry,FAAS)测定了黄芪、白术、防风及玉屏风散各次水煎液中铁、铜、锰、铅4种微量元素的含量。结果表明,中药各次水煎液中微量元素的浸出率各不相同,应合理用药,以更好地发挥中药的疗效。

Abstract:The content of trace elements such as Fe,Cu,Mn,Pb in decoction of astragalus root, atrac- tylis ovata,radix sileris and lecythidaceae powder(Yupingfeng powder) was determined by means of flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results showed that the extraction rates of the four trace elements are different from one another in each of the decoctions.Therefore,the dosage should be reasonable so that the best curative effect of Chinese traditional medicines can be well performed.
