摘    要:采用红外光谱技术探讨了抗重金属细菌NTG-01对针铁矿吸附Cu2 、Cd2 的影响。结果表明:①细菌细胞表面的游离羟基可以吸附Cu2 ;②加入细菌以后促进了Cu2 与针铁矿表面游离羟基(-OH)反应,使Cd2 与其表面的水合羟基(-OH2)的反应加强。

Abstract:A highly heavy metal-resistant bacteria strain(Enterobacter aerogenes)NTG-01 was used in the experiment. The main results were as follows: 1. Cu2 mainly interacted with the free Hydroxyl group (-OH) on the bacteria cell surface . 2. Bacteria increased the interaction between Cu2 and the free Hydroxyl group (-OH)on goethite surface and the reaction between Cd2 and the hydrate hydroxyl group (-OH2) on goethite surface was strengthened in the presence of bacteria.
