摘    要:应用同位素示踪和神经组织离体培育的方法,揭示了不同年龄大鼠 CNS 中七个不同区域积聚 GABA 能力的差异。(1)皮层、海马、尾核、下丘脑积聚 GABA 的能力随年龄增长显著增强;而脊髓、垂体积聚 GABA 的能力随年龄增长而显著减弱。(2)年龄对小脑积聚GABA 的能力无明显影响。(3)七个区域积聚 GABA 能力的总和随年龄增长不断增强。证明CNS 中 GABA 系统功能变化与生长、发育、衰老密切相关。

Abstract:The differences of the abilities to accumulate GABA in seven areas of CNS inrats with different ages were revealed by way of incubating nerve tissues togetherwith ~3H] GABA in vitro.(1)The abilities of GABA accumulation in the cerebralcotex,hippocampus,caudate nucleus,hypothalamus were markedly strengthenedwith the increase of age,but those in hypophysis and spinal cord markedly weakenedwith the increase of age.(2)The abilities of GABA accumulation in cerebellum werenot influenced with the age.(3)The sum of the abilities of GABA accumulation inCNS was gradually increased with the age.(4)The ratio of the abilities ofGABA accumulation in seven different areas of CNS in new born rats,with cerebel-lum as 1,was 0.73:0.73:1.47:0.93:2.72:2.68(cortex:hippocampus:caudatum:hypothalamus:cerebellum:hypophysis:spinal cord),the ratio in young rats(2 months)was 2.04:1.38:1.84:2.01:1:1.32:1.59,the ratio in old rats(18 months)was 2.39:2.58:2.76:3.48:1:0.64:1.03.The results prove that the functional changesof GABA system were closely related to the growth,development and aging ofrats.
