摘    要:通过土培方法研究了与玉米混作对花生根瘤形态结构及固氮功能的影响。结果表明,玉米与花生混作能够明显地改善花生铁营养、提高根瘤豆血红蛋白的含量。同时,单作花生根瘤细胞液泡化程度较高,正在发育的根瘤细胞内类菌体数量明显地比混作的花生低。成熟根瘤细胞类菌体周膜外空间(细胞壁以内、周膜外的空间)体积变大。说明单作花生固氮酶活性较低的原因是缺铁抑制了豆血红蛋白的合成和改变了根瘤形态结构以及类菌体的超微结构。

Effects of Improvement of Iron Nutrition by Mixed Cropping with Maize on Nodule Microstructure and Leghaemoglobin Content of Peanut
Abstract:The effects of mixed cropping with maize on microstructure and nitrogen-fixing function of peanut nodule were studied in pot experiment. The results showed that mixed cropping with maize remarkably improved iron nutrition of peanut and increased leghaemoglobin content of peanut nodule ( Table 1, Fig.1). At the same time, nodule microstructure and bacterioid ultrastructure were changed, the following results were obtained:(1) Cells in the developing and mature nodules of peanut in monocropping had much larger vacuoles than those in mixed cropping system (Figs.2,4); (2) The number of bacterioid per cell of peanut in monocropping was distinctly decreased (Table 2, Fig.5); (3) Peribacterioid membrane space per cell in the mature nodule of monocropping peanut was bigger than that in mixed cropping with maize (Fig.3). The results showed that iron deficiency of peanut in monocropping had lower production of leghaemoglobin and different microstructure and bacterioid ultrastructure of peanut nodule which led to a lower nitrogenase activity of peanut nodule (Fig.6).
