摘    要:酸性土壤中的铝毒害问题,已成为限制植物生长发育的主要因素之一.耐铝植物通过根系分泌有机酸来解除或减轻铝的毒害是外部解铝毒的重要机制.文章对铝胁迫下植物根系分泌有机酸的种类,有机酸解铝毒机理、解铝毒能力,有机酸分泌方式及调控其分泌的主要因素等相关研究进行综述.

Abstract:Phytotoxicity of Al is becoming oneof the most serious problems in limiting plantgrowth on acid soils. Under Al stress, a numberof plant species, cultivars or genotypes exhibitinheritable tolerance by organic acid secretionwhich is specific to Al stress and localized tothe root apex. Citric acid, oxalic acid and malicacid are thought to be the most effective organicacids in detoxifying Al. Organic acid detoxifiesAl both extracellular and intracellular. Two exu-dation patterns and their related speculation areintroduced in this review. The possible factors responsible for the organic acid secretion arediscussed, which are also the research focusesin this field. At last, we put forward our perspec-tive in the field.
