摘    要:稻胚发育过程中,其内源多胺以腐胺、亚精胺为主。在幼胚分化期,腐胺和亚精胺的含量很高;幼胚分化完成时,其含量急剧下降;直至分化后期才趋稳定。在胚及胚乳发育时期,还出现一种未知多胺X_(22),其含量除在胚分化完成时较少外,在胚发育的其他各期中,含量则一直很高。DNA和蛋白质含量的变化,从分化期开始递增直至物质积累成熟期,其趋势均相同。多胺可能参与胚与胚乳中核酸和蛋白质合成的调节。

Abstract:The paper presents the kinetics of three kinds of polyamines, protein and DNA during the development of embryo and endosperm in the seeds of Oryza sativa L. subsp, japonica cv. Hanfen. The putrescine and spermidine were major polyamines in rice seed. An unknown polyamine X_(22) was examined. A large amount of polyamines was observed in the embryos during the period of differentiation. The content of X_(22) increased with the increasing of putrescine and spermidine. During the mature period the content of polyamines decreased rapidly. The content of DNA and protein in embryo increased with the developing of embryo, and reached maximum at the 21th day, a little latter than the increase of putrescine and spermidine content. The relationship between the dynamic changes of macromolecules and polyamines, and the importance and physiological significance of polyamine in rice embryogenesis and seed formation were discussed.
