盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床分析

目的：研究盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法：将2011年-2012年在我院就诊的80例支气管肺炎的患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，各40例，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上家用盐酸氨溴索治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组治疗的总有效率分别为95．0％和80．0％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组的疗效更佳；治疗组患儿的临床发热、咳嗽以及肺部哆音消失时间和住院时间与对照组相比，明显更短，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床效果较好，值得推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Bronchopneumonic Infants

Objective： To study clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on treatment of bronchopneunmonic infants. Methods： 80 cases of bronchopneunmonic infants treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were randomly divided into control group （n=40） and experiment group （n=40）. Patients in the two groups were given conventional therapy, while patients in theexperiment group also re- ceived ambroxol hydrochloride treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the experiment group was 95.5%, which significantly higher than 80.0% of control group （P.〈0.05）. The clinical symptoms disappearance time of fever, cough and lung signs, or length of hospital stays of patients in the experiment group was shorter than those of the patients in the control group, which was of statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Ambroxol hydrochloride has good clinical effect on bron- chopneunmonic infants. It is worth use widely in clinic.
