综合护理对糖尿病足患者心理状态与生活质量的影响

目的：探讨综合护理对糖尿病足患者心理状态与生活质量的影响。方法：选取52例糖尿病足患者，随机分为照组和试验组，各26例，对照组给予常规护理，试验组采用综合护理进行干预。采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价两纽患者心理状态，并用社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）和2型糖尿病生活质量量表（DMQI_，s）对两组患者生活质量进行评价。结果：两组患者干预前SAS、SDS、SDSS、DMQLS评分无差异，实施干预后，两组患者均有SAS、SDS、SDSS评分下降、DMQLS评分升高，但试验组患者SAS、SDS、SDSS评分下降及DMQLS评分升高更明显，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：综合护理有助于改善糖尿病足患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪，提高生活质量。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing on State of Mind and the Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Foot＊

Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological state of patients with diabetic foot and life quality. Methods： 52 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 26 cases in each group. The pa- tients in control group were given conventional nursing, while the patients in experiment group adopted comprehensive nursing interven- tion. The mental state of patients in both group were assessed by Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）, and the quality of life of the patients were evaluated by social disability screening schedule （SDSS） and type 2 diabetes quality of life scale （DMQLS）. Results： Before intervention, there was no difference in the scores of SAS, SDS, SDSS, and DMQLS, while the scores of SAS, SDS, SDSS and DMQLS increased after intervention, and there were statistical significance differences between the ex- perimental group and the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing contributes to the improvement of diabetic foot in patients with negative emotion included depression and anxiety, which could help improve the quality of life.
