头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠用于治疗妇产科感染的临床疗效分析

目的：分析头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗妇产科感染的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2010年1月至2012年7月收治的132例妇科门诊或者住院感染患者,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组66例患者。观察组患者采用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗,对照组患者采用阿莫西林/克拉维酸治疗,治疗7-15天后比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.96%,明显高于对照组患者,差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者的细菌清除率和不良反应的发生率基本相当,差异无明显统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗各种妇产科感染疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Cefoperazone/sulbactam in the Treatment of Infection in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective： To analyze the efficacy of cefoperazone/sulbactam in the treatment of infection in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods： 132 patients with gynecological infection admitted in our hospital outpatient or inpatient from January 2010 to July2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group（66 cases in each group）. The observation group was treated with cefoperazone/sulbactam therapy while the control group was treated with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid. The clinical efficacy were compared between two groups after 7-15 days＇ treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 96.96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. No significant difference was found in the bacterial clearance rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： Cefoperazone Sodium/sulbactam was significantly effective in the treatment of various infections in Obstetrics and Gynecology, which had high safety and was worthy of being widely used in clinic.
