摘    要:卵巢癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,而耐药仍是卵巢癌常规化疗存在的一个主要问题。化疗耐药可能有多种机制引起,包括药物排除增加,药物的吸收降低,药物失活和药物靶点的改变。最近的研究表明,除了基因遗传和表观遗传外,耐药机制也可能是受微小RNA(miRNAs)调控。miRNAs是一类内源性非编码的小RNA,参与了许多肿瘤发生过程。这篇综述主要对miRNA在抗癌药物的耐药所扮演的角色做了一个概述,并结合卵巢癌的临床综合研究,说明研究miRNA可以帮助预测卵巢癌对不同的抗癌药物耐药情况,并指导对卵巢癌患者选择合理的针对性的治疗。

Abstract:Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,and drug resistance remains a major problem in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients for conventional chemotherapeutic. Resistance can be caused by a range of mechanisms, including increased drug elimination, decreased drug uptake,drug inactivation and alterations of drug targets. Recent study showed that other than by genetic and epigenetic changes, drug resistance mechanisms might also be regulated by microRNAs (miR_NAs). MiR1qAs are endogenous noneoding small RNAs,which take part in many process of tumorigenesis.This review provided an overview on the role of miRNAs in antieancer drug resistance, and integrated the preelinical data with clinical ovary cancers evidences , showing how the study of miRNAs could help to predict resistance of turnouts to different anticancer drugs, and guide the doctors in the selection of rationally based tailor-made treatments.
