| 摘 要： | 目的：观察诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOs）基因Ser608Leu位点基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法：采用测序法测定261例2型糖尿病患者和128例正常对照者iNOS基因Ser608Leu位点基因多态性。结果：两组间iNOS基因Ser608Leu位点基因型及等位基因频率构成存在差异。结论：iNOS基因Ser608Leu位点多态性与2型糖尿病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the relationship between inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） gene Ser608Leu allele polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： The polymorphisms of iNOS Ser608Leu were detected in 261 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 128 control subjects by direct sequencing analysis. Results： The genotype frequencies and allele frequencies of iNOS gene Ser608Leu were different between the case and the control group. Conclusions： iNOS gene Ser608Leu polymorphism is related to type 2 diabetes. |
