养心通脉方主要与次要有效部位交互作用抗心肌缺血的研究

摘    要:目的:明确养心通脉方主要成分与次要成分之间是否存在着交互作用。方法:从养心通脉方原方中综合提取出人参皂苷、丹参酮ⅡA、人参多糖、总生物碱、总挥发油5个主要成分部位及复方多糖、丹参菲醌2个次要成分部位。根据L4(23)正交设计组成4个处方:①处方1:基础因子+复方多糖、丹参菲醌;②处方2:基础因子;③处方3:基础因子+复方多糖;④处方4:基础因子+丹参菲醌;另设空白对照组,给予双蒸水。观察各成处方组对心肌缺血大鼠模型心电图J点位移及血液流变学指标的影响。结果:造模后第15 s、30 s、120 s、300 s、600 s,4个处方组心电图J点位移变化与空白组比较,差异均具有显著性(均P〈0.05),而以处方2组的最明显;4个处方组减轻血液流学变全血切变率的程度较之空白组均具有显著性意义(均〈0.01-0.05),其中处方2组改善最为明显。结论:养心通脉方5个主要成分与2个次要成分之间存在着交互作用,而由人参皂苷、丹参酮ⅡA、总生物碱、人参多糖、总挥发油5种成分所组的处方2(即基础因子方),为养心通脉方的最佳有效成分部位方。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the interaction of primary and secondary components of Yangxin Tongmai Formula. Methods: According to the L4 ( 23 )orthogonal design, the 5 primary components: Ginsenosides, Tanshinone IIA, Ginsen Polysaccharide, total alkaloid and total valotile oil and the 2 secondary components: compound polysaccharide and salvia miltiorrhiza phenanthrenequinone composed 4 recipes: ① recipe 1: basic factor plus compound polysaccharide and salvia miltiorrhiza phenanthrenequinone; ②recipe 2: basic factor; ③recipe3: basic factor plus compound polysaccharide; ④recipe 4: basic factor plus salvia miltiorrhiza phenan-threnequinone. The blank controlled group was treated with distilled water. The impact of each recipe on the electrocardiogram J-point shift and hemorrheolgy markers of the was observed. Results: All of the 4 recipe can ameliorate the perfusion of isehemic myocardium and improve the hemorrheology markers of the rats model, significant in the recipe 2. Conclusions: In this study, the interaction of the five primary components and the two secondary components in Yangxin Tongmai Formula, and the recipe 2, which is composed of Ginsenosides, TanshinonelIA, Ginsen Polysaccharide, totalalkaloid and total valotile oil, seemed to be the best effective components recipe of Yangxin Tongrnai Formula.
