自尊对大学生职业探索行为的影响研究

目的：探讨自尊对职业探索行为的影响。方法：采用职业探索量表和自尊量表对489名大学生进行测试。采用SPSS11.5统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果：①男大学生在职业探索行为上的得分高于女生;②大四的学生在职业探索行为明显多于大一学生;③自尊对自我探索和目标聚焦有显著地正向预测作用。结论：在排除了人口统计学变量对职业探索行为的影响作用后,发现自尊程度越高,自我探索和目标聚焦的行为就会越多。因此,提高学生的自尊水平有利于大学生的自我探索和目标聚焦行为。

A Study of the Effect of College Students Self-Esteem on Career Exploring Behavior

Objective： To explore the effect of self-esteem on career exploration behavior of college students. Method： 489 college students were investigated by the career exploration scale and self-esteem scale. Results： （1） There was significant sexual difference in ca- reer exploration behavior, the mark of male college students were higher than female college students.（2） There was also significant grade difference in career exploration behavior, the career exploration behavior of grade one college students were more than grade four college students. （3）College students＇ self-esteem can forward predict their self-exploration and preferred position behavior. Conclusion： Exclude the effect of demographic variables on career exploration behavior, the degree of self-esteem is higher, then the behavior of self-explora- tion and preferred position is more. Therefore, it is advantageous for increasing colleges students＇ behavior of self-exploration and pre- ferred position to enhance their self-esteem level.
