粤辅3号提高水稻幼苗对赤霉素的吸收和利用

摘    要:与GA3单独处理相比,GA3与表面活性剂粤辅3号(YF3)混合使用,可降低GA3的表面张力及其受雨水冲刷程度,部分地溶解叶表面的硅质、蜡质和角质,使秧苗对GA3的吸附量增加3~5倍,吸收量加1~3倍;增加水稻幼苗的株高67%。

Abstract:Comparing with GA 3 treatment alone,the spraying of GA 3 combined with surfactant YF 3 upon rice seedlings could increase the seedlings height by 67%,enhance the adhesion and uptake of GA 3 in rice seedlings by 3-5 times and 1 to 3 times,respectively.The silicon,wax and cuticle in surface of leaves wrer partly dissolved by YF 3.Moreover,YF 3 had a function of rainfastness,which reduced the percentage of GA 3 to be washed away.
