Deoxyribonuclease II activity in Sarcocystis fusiformis and S. gigantea cysts |

| Abstract: | In the cysts of S. fusiformis and S. gigantea parasites from the esophagus of buffaloes and sheep the increase in the deoxyribonuclease II activity during aging of cysts of both species has been established. It has been found that in all age groups of S. fusiformis cysts the activity of this enzyme is greater than in the corresponding age groups of S. gigantea. |
