| 摘 要： | 在植物的生长与发育过程中，细胞壁不仅在决定和维持细胞形态方面发挥了重要作用，而且还参与了对细胞生长与分化的调控，这种调控涉及一些细胞壁信号分子，尤其是一些细胞壁水解产物在细胞内和细胞间的转导。现对细胞壁在植物胚胎发生中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cell wall participates in not only the determination of the cell shape, but also the regulation of cell development and differentiation during plant development. In the process, some signal molecules, especially the products derived from the hydrolysis of cell wall compounds play very important roles in the intra- and extra- cellular signal transduction that is essential for cell differentiation. In this review, we briefly describe the recent experimental evidences concerning cell wall involvement in regulation of plant embryogenesis. |
