摘    要:本文建立了FDA-PI双色荧光分光光度法来推测细胞活性的变化,通过图谱初步地观察,进一步测定荧光测值,可以定性和定量地进行分析,此方法简便易行,直观,为测量细胞活性的变化提供一种良好的新方法。

Abstract:We established a new double-staining procedure using fluorescein diacetate and propidium iodide to determine cell viability in cell suspension. By watching the fluorograph and calculating the fluorescence value we can do quantitative and qualitative analysis of the cell viability. The method is simple and viable.
