| Abstract: | Three lands of candidate medical silioone rubber were selected for long - temi intramuscle implant. From methodology, the shape and way of implant, ditection of embedding and section, observation periods, composite of fibroblastic envalope, evaluating index were investigated. The results showed; (1) cylindrical samples and the way of operation combinat-ed with inserting specimen would get rid of some unnecessary interferring factors. (2) scoring system of fibroblastic envalope designed would indicate the procedure of tissue healing. (3) it's recommended that the tissue reaction around implants could be observed very well by two direction of vertical and horizontal section. |
