| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期妊娠羊水过少对围产儿的影响,以提高产科医疗质量。方法比较分析晚期妊娠羊水过少328病例与同期羊水量正常的产科病例的妊娠期并发症、围产儿结局及分娩方式。结论羊水过少是阴道分娩过程中发生胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息的危险因素,剖宫产术是晚期妊娠羊水过少比较安全的分娩方式。
