| 摘 要： | 本文就生物材料的血液相容性进行了综述。着重介绍了血栓形成及凝血发生机制、目前提高生物材料血液相容性的技术、血液相容性的研究及评价方法等几方面的内容；另外，还分析了当前血液相容性研究存在的问题并且对将来从分子水平上设计新型血液相容性生物材料进行了展望。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the blood compatibility of biomaterials was summarized. The major emphasis was on the contents including the form mechanism of thrombosis and cruor, the means to improve blood compatibility of biomaterials presently, the study and evaluation methods for blood compatibility, etc. Additionally, we also analyzed the problems in this field today and made a perspective regarding new biomaterials using the molecular biological techniques. |
