| 摘 要： | 透明质素(Hyaluronan)是一种被广泛应用于临床医学领域的粘多糖类物质。有关它的药用标准相继出台。本文引用了欧洲药典2002版以及删拟定的草案对透明质酸钠制定的药用标准。同时提出了建立我国的相应标准所需的检测项目和期望采用的测试手段，为我国开展相关研究提供可供参考的工作平台。

| Abstract: | Hyaluronan is a glycosaminoglycan widely used in clinical itrology. Various officinal standards have come out until now. This assay refers to the draft studied out by ASTM, and the officinal standards embodied by the 4th edition of European Pharmacopoeia. At the same time, I suggest the items to be tested and the methods to be used in order to establish the officinal standards about HA in China. The standards of China will become a reference for research work of the correlative fields. |
