| 摘 要： | 肥胖基因的产物－瘦蛋白可通过下丘脑或直接作用于卵巢，对动物的青春期发育、生殖器的发育以及性激素的分泌都有重要的调节作用。本拟对瘦蛋白的作用机制及其对繁殖功能的影响作一综述。
