中华绒螯蟹雄性生殖系统的组织学研究表明:生精小管一侧为管壁上皮,另一侧为生发区,生殖细胞由生发区基底部同管腔增殖。输精管分为输精细管和贮精囊,管壁上皮具分泌功能,贮精囊有肌肉层。射精管壁肌肉层较厚,粘膜形成纵行皱襞。副性腺内壁为单层立方上皮。生殖系统发育有明显的季节性,8月开始发育加速,10月进入高峰,4月开始发育停滞。

HISTOLOGY OF THE MALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM IN ERIOCHEIR SINENSIS (DECAPODA, CRUSTACEA)

The male reproductive system of Chinese mitten-handed crab, Eriocheir sinensis, was stu-died with paraffin-section method from May 1984 to April 1985. The male reproductive system is composed of testis, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct and accessory gland. The paired H-shaped testes contain vast number of seminiferous tubules which show different stages of sper-matogenesis. The germinative area lies on oneside of the liners of the tubules and produces spermatogenic cells in batches to form various spermatogemc cell zone. The meiotic divisions and differentiations occur more or less synchronously in each zone. The vas deferens can be divided into a front portion which is near the testis and a rear portion called seminal vesicle. The former is the site for spermatophore formation, and the wall of which consists of connective tissue and epithelium formed by columnar secretory cells. The seminal vesicle is the storage site of spermatophore, the wall of which consists of two layers of muscle in addition to the connective tissue and epithelium. The muscle layer in ejaculatory duct is very thick; The epithelium in accessory gland is a simple cuboidal glandular epithelium.The male reproductive systemdevelops seasonally which begins to develops of in May-June, grows quickly in August-October, and reaches its peak in October to next March when coition occurs. After that, the spermatogenesis ceases gradually and by April the reproductive system enter a brief period of rest.
