中华鳖对T3菌苗抗原的免疫应答

摘    要:通过T3菌苗免疫中华鳖后的血清间接凝集抗体效价 (IAT)与免疫保护率 (PRP)的变化探讨了中华鳖的免疫应答规律。中华鳖对T3菌苗能产生较强的应答反应 ,免疫的二龄鳖PRP可达 82 6± 15 2 (19) % ,IAT达 1978 1± 716 4(19)。它对T3菌苗的免疫效应期为 3天 ,第 2 0天时免疫应答处于高峰 ,IAT与PRP分别为 176 8 0± 44 7 6 (4)与 91 7± 14 4(4) % ,持续 10天左右开始下降 ,到第 3个月左右基本上回复到免疫开始时水平。结论为 :中华鳖的免疫应答反应基本介于鱼类与鸟类之间 ,但较偏向于鸟类。

Abstract:The immune response in soft-shelled turtle (Trionyx sinensis) immunized wit h bacterin T3, was determined with indirect agglutination titer (IAT) and perc ent relative protection (PRP). In the vaccinated turtle, the strong immune respo nse to bacterin T3 was produced. Six groups of 1-year-old turtles and 19 gro ups of 2-years-old turtles were respectively vaccinated by bacterin T3. At the 30th day, the PRP and IAT of the 1-year-old turtles were to 618±112(6)% and 4033±1654(6), yet the corresponding values of 2-years-old turtles were 826±152(19)% and 1?9781±7164(19) respectively. Acc or ding to the test, the PRP and IAT of 2-years-old turtles were higher than thos e of 1-year-old turtles. The study demonstrated that the effective phase of im mune response to bacterin T3 was 3 days. At the 20th day, the IAT value is up to 1?768 0±4476(4). Which maintained for about 10 day s and decreased to the initial level on the 60thday. The results proved th at the immunologic memory of the turtles was strong. The secondary enhanced immu n ization began at the 30th day of the primary immunization. The IAT increa sed quickly and was 5?7600±2?7900(4) at the 16th day of the seco n dary immunization, which reached the second peak value that was nine times as hi gh as the primary peak value. The IAT decreased to 4?2667 ±1?4780(3) at the 30th day, 2?9865±1?9553(3) at the 60th da y, and 1? 2800±0(2) at the 70th day. The result still has no significant differen ce compared to the peak value of the secondary immunization (02<P<03), yet having significantly higher than that of immunization (001<P<002) . From these facts, we can concluded that the decreasing speed of antibody of th e secondary immunization was clearly slower than increasing speed. The result sug g ests that the character of immune response of Soft-shelled turtle lies between fish and bird, but it is more like the latter. 
