江豚表皮超微结构的研究

摘    要:本文用透射电镜和扫描电镜对捕自莱州湾的两头江豚表皮的超微结构作了观察。见其表皮中MCG的板层结构与海豚的有所不同,MCG内容物排出到细胞间隙形成表皮屏障。其黑素颗粒可能通过黑素细胞的突起与角蛋白细胞相接触处胞膜的消失出现缺口的方式输入角蛋白细胞。并对江豚表皮的不全角化现象等问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:The ultrastrncture of the epidermis of two finless bla0k porpoises, Neophocaena asiaeorientalis, measured 162 and 167 cm in length respectively and collected from Lai-zhou Gulf of Shandong province was investigated by TEM and SEM. The lamellated MCGs of the epidermis appeared to arise, in the cells of the second layer of the stratum spinosum, increased in numbers in the cells of the upper layers and were ultimately involved in the formation of an epidermal intercellular permeability barrier by extrusion of the lamellated content into the intercellular space of the stratum corneum. The melanin granules were present in all the cells of the epidermis. It was suggested that the melanosomes synthesized in the melanoeytes were transferred to toatinoeytes through the gaps formed by disintegration of the adjacent cell membranes of the kera-tinocytes and the dendritic processes of the metonocytes. The significance of the pa-rakeratotic character of porpoise epidermis as well as some basic problems in dermatology were discussed in relation to the above observations.
